Terms of use.
Version 2026-10-21. Rules for using your account, broadcasts and materials.
Rules for using the project. Before public launch, the operator should complete the formal terms of service, complaints procedure, service termination conditions and any commercial terms.
1. Service and operator
AudioDescrypcja provides live captions, Polish–English translation, spoken translations and broadcast overlays. It is operated by AT-NET TOMASZ GÓRAL, ul. Chałubińskiego 11/47, 80-807 Gdańsk, Tax ID 9490294449. Contact details and user guide are available on the website.
2. Account
Enter an email address you can access and verify it using the link you receive. Protect your password and do not share your account with unauthorised people. The account owner manages the channels they create. Use password reset if you lose access.
3. Preparing your event
Broadcasting requires a microphone, a compatible browser and a stable connection. Microphone access requires HTTPS or a local address. Captions, translations and speech playback depend on the relevant services being running. Test on the devices you will use before the event.
4. Materials and permissions
Only use audio, materials and voice samples that you have permission to process and share. Tell participants how the event is being handled and whether recording is enabled. Do not impersonate others or use voice profiles to mislead listeners.
5. Sharing
Audience members do not need an account to listen. The listening URL is public to anyone who knows it. A link with a microphone token allows broadcasting — share it only with an authorised person. Sharing the overlay allows others to read the captions.
6. Limitations of automated results
Captions, corrections, translations and speech playback may contain errors or delays. Check information that requires particular precision. The service does not replace a professional interpreter or specialist advice. We do not guarantee an audience capacity or response time without measurements of the specific deployment.
7. Support and account enquiries
Report technical issues, access problems or requests to stop using the service to the operator at contact page. Information about the data we process is provided in the privacy page.
