Privacy and data.

Information about the data handled by AudioDescrypcja and ways to share broadcasts.

Technical information to be completed by the operator before the public launch. The full policy must specify the legal bases and purposes of processing, data recipients and retention periods.

Operator and contact

The service is operated by AT-NET TOMASZ GÓRAL, ul. Chałubińskiego 11/47, 80-807 Gdańsk, Tax ID 9490294449. Current contact details are available on the contact page.

Account details

Registration requires a name, email address and password. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. The system records the date and version of the accepted terms and email verification. Sign-in requires sessions and form protection.

Audio, captions and materials

Microphone audio is sent to the speech recognition service. Transcripts, corrections, translations, glossaries and presenter materials may be stored in the system. Audio recording is off by default; the owner can enable it in the channel settings. Samples uploaded to a voice profile are also stored.

Before the event, the organiser should inform participants about microphone use, transcription, translation, listening and any recording. Only upload materials and voice samples that you have the appropriate rights to use.

Channel access

The channel management panel is available to the account owner. Listening is public to anyone who knows the channel URL. A microphone link with a token allows broadcasting, and an overlay link shares captions; the overlay can also be explicitly set to public. Do not treat these URLs as a confidential way to share information.

Sessions and browser storage

The service uses cookies to maintain sessions and protect forms. Some display and playback preferences are stored in your browser. You can delete this data in your browser settings; deleting the session will sign you out.

Infrastructure and email

The service relies on hosting, email and audio processing services configured by the operator. It may use WebRTC connection servers, including a TURN relay. Their specific providers, locations and retention policies need to be documented for the production deployment.

Access, correction and deletion of data

You can change your name and password in “My account”. To request access to, correction or deletion of your data, contact the operator through contact. Procedures, deadlines and retention periods must be added to the full policy before the public launch.
